NSW: Allocation system for tow truck industry

SYDNEY, Feb 9 AAP - An allocation system would be introduced to stamp out violence and
intimidation in the tow truck industry, the New South Wales government announced today.

The government released the final report of a review into the industry called after the
execution-style murder of western Sydney tow truck driver Albert Brikha in February last year.

The review, by former state MP Peter Anderson, found the industry was riddled with
corruption and standover tactics.
